There is a 24 piece minimum for embroidery and one color silk screening. Two color silk screening requires a 24 piece minimum. For tackle twill sewing it is a 6pc minimum.
Price is based on volume. Add on orders are priced separately.
There is a one time set-up charge of $22.50, per location, per color.
Email your artwork to Customerservice@shopcia.com. Please reference in the subject line “Quote Request”. Emailed art is acceptable in Illustrator 8.0 or higher, and Photoshop 5.0 or higher. Art can also be submitted as hard copy (paper). Art in this form, that is not color separated, or camera ready, is subject to an art charge.
Prices quoted do not include shipping & handling. All shipments will be made UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Upon completion of a credit application, customers are to make the full payment in either Net 10 or Net 30. Customers who do not fill out a credit application must prepay or pay upon delivery if these arrangements are set up. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 surcharge and check privileges will be reviewed.
Orders that need to be cancelled must be done within 3 hours of the time order is received or a restocking fee may apply.

Sales on all custom imprinted items are final. Sorry no returns.
We only sell first quality goods, but exact dye lots, total color fastness and minimum shrinkage are not included in the manufacture's warranties.
